Last fall we were fortunate enough to work with Bob from iCater.ca in planning an event for over three hundred students at the Art Gallery of Ontario. The tour commenced on Thursday, October 14th at the Art Gallery of Ontario, where all delegates were able to enjoy delicious sandwiches, snacks and beverages. Bob and his staff’s enthusiasm, attention to detail, delicious food, exceptional service and original ideas exceeded our expectations. Their promptness on the day of the event, help unpacking, extra napkins and paper products were a huge assistance on a very busy day. The quality of food has been more than consistent, and has constantly amazed us.

I have had the pleasure of working with Bob G. and his staff through iCater.ca for our Grand Re-Opening event in April 2009. We had a free hotdog giveaway for 700 customers (in 1 hour, outdoors) and four different meals (over a 2 day period) for 110 Team Members including our CEO and others from Home Office and suppliers.

Bob and his team were quick to respond to any questions we had during the planning and execution. All the small details were considered even before I had a chance to think about it, right down to signs indicating what each serving tray contained.

Being a very multicultural area with various religious and dietary requirements, we were able to meet all of the needs and not offend anyone. I felt very confident with Bob’s recommendations and understanding and could tell this came from years of experience in the business.

Having dealt with catered events before, I know there is always a great risk of running short of food. While I was fearful of this happening, I can happily say we had more than enough for everyone and that’s after people had gone for seconds and thirds!

It was a pleasure to work with iCater.ca. Our Team have raved about the meals and requested we bring them in again. Not only were the meals excellent but the help we had with setup and even a bit of serving, ensured an extremely busy event went off smoothly.

I would highly recommend this company for any size event you may be planning.
